L' ESCALA

L'Escala is a fishing village that offers a range of marine landscapes, from sandy beaches formed by coastal dunes and beaches to steep rock mass. Cultural resources are numerous: Archaeology Museum of Catalonia Empúries, with the ruins of a Greek city and a Roman city, the Museum of the Anchovy and the Salt and Empúries Sant Martí. In gastronomy, are famous salted anchovies. Parties are: the Mediterranean and the Triumvirate Gastronomic Fish Suquet.
