The origins of Ventalló back to the megalithic era, but evidence of settlements dating indigetes sixth century aC, then came the Greeks and Romans. Ventalló today is a modern village that includes the towns of Saldet, Montiró, Pelacalç, Valveralla, Vila-rrobau, L'Arbre Sec, Els Masos y Mas Gros. It has several restaurants, local and interesting social well-preserved old houses.
