ECOMUSEU FARINERA

The Farinera flour mill is a full and active with more than 100 years of history. A turbine driven by water from a medieval canal moving machinery still makes and sells flour. Flour is the most basic food, but it is surprisingly complex. A forest of wood and metal pipes between floors separating different parts of the grain, which was ground in revolutionary roller mills set up in Hungary.
