Museu de l’Empordà

The main reference of the museum is the region of Alt Empordà. There are a wide collection about sculptures and paintings of artists from the regions as Frederic Marès (Portbou), Martinez Lozano (Llançà) or Salvador Dalí (Figueres/Cadaqués). Also, there are pieces of other artists not from Alt Empordà as: Antoni Tapies, Joaquim Vayreda, Modest Cuixart or Joan Miró. Many temporary exhibitions are done in the museum along the year.
