ROIG PARALS

The soil clay, limestone, slate and pebbles, together with a strain of Carignan from 80 to 120 years are exceptional wines with structure, but remarkable freshness and balance. The reds have classic winemaking with short maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature and 16 months aging in French oak barrels.
